Agreement to Terms

By creating an account and subscribing to Better Trade Analyzer, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Subscription & Billing

• Recurring billing. Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing period.
• Cancel anytime. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then.
• No refunds. All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. There are no partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
• Plan changes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
• Failed payments. If a payment fails, your access may be suspended until the outstanding balance is resolved. Stripe will retry failed charges per its standard retry schedule.

License & Permitted Use

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the tool for your own market analysis. You may not:

• Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute your access
• Attempt to reverse engineer the tool or extract its source code
• Use the tool's outputs in a commercial product or service without written permission

This license terminates automatically when your subscription ends.

Service Availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, and circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary downtime. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

Not Financial Advice

Better Trade Analyzer is an educational and research tool, not a financial advisory service. Nothing produced by the tool constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the site. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Better Trade Analyzer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
